DISTRIBUTION TIMEFRAMES

Orders will be delivered within the following time frames once orders have been approved.  Order approval is based on pre-approved trading account terms or upon Infotronics receiving order payment in-full. 

1. Electronic License Keys
   All electronic license keys will be sent via email within 24 hours of order approval.

2. Media/CD Fulfilment
   Media/CD’s will be sent within Australia via Australia Post in Express Post Bags, or Internationally via Air Mail.  Delivery time is max of 3 working days form order approval within Australia, or as per Australia Post delivery times for International AirMail.

3. Appliances/Boxed Product Fulfilment
   - All appliances or boxed product will be sent via courier within Australia and Internationally.
   - Within Australia, approved orders received before 12.00noon will ship same business day. 
   - Within Australia, orders received after 12.00am, will be shipped next business day.
   - International orders will take approximately 3-5 days for delivery by courier, however we will liaise with the purchaser for these delivery timeframes.
